Guinness Super League : Return Leg Begins Tomorrow

Players of the 2022 edition of the Guinness Super League will begin returning to the pitches as from tomorrow Thursday June 30, 2022. This come-back after an over two-week break marks the kick-off of the return leg of the championship. The kicker for this phase will be the game pitting Lekie FF versus Amazone FAP at the Yaounde Omnisport annex 1 stadium tomorrow at 3 p.m. It is the first match counting for Day 12 of the championship. The rest of Day 12 matches will be played on Friday July 1, 2022 with the main match (GUINESSICO) being Louves Minproff Versus Awa FC, 3 p.m. at the Omnipsort annex 1 stadium.
Awa FC, it should be recalled, emerged champions of the Away leg after Day 11 matches were played across the country before the break. They are leading with 30 points, a situation which can either be consolidated pending their results and that of their opponents as the second phase begins.
