Elite One : Exciting Fixtures On Programme

The second playing day of the Elite One championship will take place this weekend in stadiums across the country. A total of seven fixtures have been programmed to take place in Douala, Bafoussam and Yaounde on Sunday October 23, 2022. In group B, Fauve Azur will take on APEJES of Mfou at the Ngoa-Ekelle Stadium. Fauve Azur who have already secured their first victory during the first playing day will be out to grab a second one. 
In Douala, Union of Douala will welcome Yong Sports Academy of Bamenda at the Reunification Stadium. YOSA who are yet to record a point in the competition will need to work hard to win. In Bafoussam, Fovu will play against Dragon at the Bamendzi Stadium. Fovu drew 1-1 with AS Fortuna in their first game and will need to improve on their performance in the second day. In group A, UMS of Loum will play against Aigle of Menoua at the Reunification Stadium in Douala. UMS and Aigle of Menoua will be in a tough duel as both sides will be looking for their first victories for this season. Still in Douala, Avion Academy will take on Canon of Yaounde.  The third-place winner of last season are still to register a victory after they played a 0-0 tie with Djiko FC in their first game at home.
