Since the start of the Sudanese crisis in April 15, 2023, there has never been a day that one does not hear of fruitless attempts by the international community to have the two warring factions respect the cease-fire. As the fight rages on, at least 481 civilians have been killed and more than 2,560 wounded. Though these figures have been given by the Sudanese Doctors Union, it is believed by many observers that at least 700 people have lost their lives already. Apart from foreigners leaving the country, more than 100,000 people have succeeded to flee Sudan so far, while millions of civilians trapped by the fighting continue to suffer. 
As most of the border countries continue welcoming the refugees, there is urgent need for the different stakeholders to work hand-in-glove in and out of the field by telling the two Generals to stop the violence, begin a dialogue and allow a transition to civilian government, pressurise them to guarantee safe passage of humanitarian aid, help put back most hospitals that are out of service, secure power and water as supplies of food and fuel dwindle. Without a proper coordination of activities on the field and constant diplomatic consultations, there cannot be a major head way to the current Sudanese crisis. ...
