Human Resource Management : Excellence Celebrated

Having in mind that an appropriate human resource management is the backbone of any corporate entity, FabAfriq Media Group has been for several years dedicated to celebrate excellence in this field. The media group is doing so via an event dubbed The Corporate Awards (TCA) whose ninth edition held on December 1, 2023 in Douala.

Over 300 corporate men and women trooped the event ground, excited to find out what TCA 2023 had in store, network and most importantly to find out which companies will emerge victorious in the different award categories. Over 35 companies showed interest to participate but only 15 were shortlisted after a thorough research documentation process. Each company went in for one or more of the 10 different categories. Nomination and winner selections followed two processes; People’s Choice and Internal Research.

For this year, 14 companies took part in the People’s Choice categories and some of the winners include; Bliz Enterprise for Best Customer Service, Gaz du Cameroun for Best Health, Safety and Environment, Maviance for Best Employer of Choice and Most Innovative Enterprise in the field of human r...
