Handball : Members Examine Pertinent Issues

Members of the Board of Administration of the Cameroon Handball Federation (FECAHAND) have adopted the report of activities as well as the financial reports of the federation for 2023. This is one of the major recommendations arrived at during an ordinary session of the Board of Administration meeting of FECAHAND that took place at the headquarters of the federation in Yaounde on Saturday March 2, 2024. During the meeting, the members listened to the presentation of the financial report of 2023 and the project for the budget of 2024. 
Speaking to journalists, the President of FECAHAND Abba Oumate said the members adopted among other things the sports reports of 2023. The board members also asked on the executive bureau to put in place a commission in view of reviewing texts, it also confirmed the suspension of one of the members of the executive bureau for ethical reasons. The board equally called on the executive bureau to put in place a commission of elite clubs in view of organising the national championship.  Concerning the programme of activities for 2024, Abba Oumate said Cameroon will organise a major competition in October so it will not be necessary to begin the championship and end in August as teams will not active before the competition.
