CPDM @40 : Celebrating Resilience, Progress

The Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (CPDM) is 40 years. An age of truth of consciousness, in the words of the Secretary General of the Central Committee of the party, Jean Nkuete.  A reception was to that effect organised by the Central Committee of the party on March 24, 2025 at the party headquarters in Yaounde and in attendance was the Prime Minister Head of Government, Joseph Dion Ngute, other cabinet Ministers, the political bureau of the party, diplomatic corps, allied political parties, legislators and administrative authorities. 
The political giant of the country is celebrating 40 years of resilience, endurance, growth and progress. A speech of Jean Nkuete, lone statement at the event, noted that the party under the leadership of the National Chairman, President of the Republic, Paul Biya incarnates the values of peace, unity, progress and democracy in Cameroon. With the party having attained political maturity and adjusted to modern complexities, the Secretary General noted that 40 years is an age of truth and consciousness where the path covered and strategies to remain afloat are reviewed. From March 24, 1985 when the party was created till present date, Jean Nkuete noted that it is now an opportunity for every militant to carry flames of the party ahead. "Let me tell you with great emotions, we are proud of what we have come; the party of grandeur represents the hope of many compatriots," he stated.
