Oil & Gas Production : Canadian Firm Manifests Intertest

Rapid Response Project Limited (RRP); a private highly experienced consulting engineering company from Canada is interested in engaging in Cameroon’s oil and gas sector. Officials of the firm, amongst them Chandra Sartar, President and CEO of RRP, manifested their interest during an audience with the Minister of Water Resources and Energy, Eloundou Essomba Gaston.

They were led to the audience which took place in Yaounde on Thursday March 14, 2019, by the Canadian High Commissioner to Cameroon, Nathalie O'Neil. On hand were the Director of the Cameroon Petroleum Depot Company (SCDP) and the Director of Petroleum in the Ministry of Water Resources and Energy.

“Canada has a lot of expertise when it comes to water and energy. This [audience] was an opportunity to discuss with the Minister what opportunities there are for Canada in Cameroon for us to cooperate on the projects.
