CAF Confederations Cup : Coton Sport Challenges Opara FC Tomorrow

They will play the second round preliminaries of the CAF Confederations Cup at the National Stadium in Gaborone at 3:00 p.m.
Cameroon’s representative at the CAF Confederations Cup, Coton Sport of Garoua, is in Botswana where they will play against Orapa FC of Botswana in the second round preliminaries of the CAF Confederations Cup tomorrow October 16, 2021. Coton Sport arrived in Botswana yesterday Thursday October 14, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. to get used to the environment before tomorrow’s encounter. Shortly after their arrival, the boys of Coach Aboubakar Souleymanou had their first training session at 5:00 p.m. Today, the team will have a pre-match press conference at 10:00 a.m. before recognition session at National Stadium of Botswana at 1:00 p.m. A technical meeting before the match will take place at 7:00 p.m. The match will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the National Stadium in Gaborone.
Coton Sport who were exempted from the first preliminary rounds of the competition will challenge the host who conquered Mangasport of Gabon in the previous round. Cotonsort reached the semi-final of the CAF Confederation Cup last term for the third time in history. Coton Sport is going into the competition at a time when most of its key players who reached the semi-final of the CAF Confederations Cup have left the team. Most of the players are said to have left as free agents thus having a financial impact on the management of the club.
