Olympic Committee : DIXIADES Games Billed For December

The 2022 edition of the National Games of Cameroon (DIXIADES) have been scheduled to take place from December 13 to 22 in Garoua in the North Region. This is one of the major resolutions taken during an Ordinary Executive Bureau Meeting of the National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSC) that took place at the headquarters of the institution in Yaounde on Wednesday July 6, 2022. The purpose of Wednesday’s meeting was for the bureau members to examine the state of preparedness upcoming international competitions notably the 2022 and the Islamic Solidarity Games to take place in Turkey that will take place in July and August and the African Youth Games. 
Speaking at the opening, the President of the CNOSC, Kalkaba Malboum said the preparation of Cameroonian athletes is on the right track. He said what is expected now is the financial means from government. He said he is certain that the financial means will be available in the days ahead so that athletes will be sent abroad to the United Kingdom and Konya for acclimatization.
