National Basketball Championship : KSA Basketball Takes Lead

KSA Basketball Club of Douala is on top of the national senior men’s basketball championship. This is the outcome of the ninth and tenth playing days of the Elite Senior Men’s National Basketball championship that took place in the gymnasium of Collège de la Salle in Douala last weekend. Organised by the Cameroon Basketball Federation (FECABASKET), the competition brought together eight top teams of the national championship. Last weekend’s event was the fifth conference this season. 
For two days, the inhabitants of Douala had another opportunity to discover new techniques in the sport. It was also an opportunity for aspiring players to develop interest in the sport and for the technical bench to detect new talents. From the performances of the teams, it is clear that the competition is gathering steam in the country. During the ninth playing day on Saturday March 23, 2024, FAP Basketball Club of Yaounde beat FCBC of Douala 87-46, Ecole de Basket beat Falcons 78-61, Douala Firebirds beat ALPH Basketball 62-50 and KSA beat BEAC 60-50.
