Every day, more and more people are reported missing after leaving the country in search of greener pastures.
There has been an increase in job scams and the number of reported losses continues to rise. Scammers are using new technologies, such as AI, to create fake job adverts and social media profiles. She revealed that after several futile attempts, Amelle's traffickers recorded a video showing a kidnapping scene in which they could be heard saying "You have 48 hours to send the money or we will kill her".
